Laura is an educational psychologist working with preschool children and students at primary, post-primary and third level. She has worked for several years as a primary teacher gaining experience in the mainstream and special settings and has worked with students with a diverse range of needs. She is a graduate member of the PSI.
Education and Qualifications
Laura completed a B.Ed in Primary Teaching with St. Patrick’s College of Education, Drumcondra, Dublin in 2005. She subsequently took up a teaching post and while teaching, obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Special Educational Needs with Froebel College of Education, Blackrock, Dublin. In 2007, Laura returned to full-time education to complete a Higher Diploma in Psychology at the National University of Ireland, Galway. Following this, she returned to teaching and in 2012, she began the Masters in Educational Psychology with University College Dublin, graduating in 2014 with First Class Honours.
